Have each and every one of these conditions been automatically cured on the carnivore diet?  No, of course not.  There is no guarantee ("your mileage may vary").  But many hundreds of thousands of adherents around the globe have found relief to varying degrees while no longer needing to use prescription or over-the-counter medications or buying into expensive supplements or meal plans.  Especially for the gastrointestinal dis-eases: the absence of fiber in their diets have tremendously allowed persons to heal when they could not do so while on standard medical care and eating.  Carnivore is an elimination diet and it is surprising just how many conditions improve when little-suspected and/or socially accepted irritants are removed.  The longer someone was previously eating non-carnivore will have an effect on how long before the relief of symptoms occurs in stages.  The longer adhering to the carnivore way of eating, the more improvement is seen. Having a "cheat meal" or a "cheat day" can usually result in the return of symptoms for a few to several days afterward.   The minimization or complete absence of long-time pains and difficulties is a powerful reward system.
